We are holding a party to celebrate Gareth Buffet's little race. In 1984 Gareth had the idea to hold one of those new fangled triathlon races in the hills and mountains around his home in Blaenafon, South Wales.
In 2013 we will be holding the 30th race of the oldest continually held triathlon in the UK. Now firmly established in its 'new' home in Pontypool Park, we invite you to come and join our celebrations with a piece of birthday cake - you have to do the race first though.
