Blaenafon Triathlon Entry Details

Entry for the 29th Blaenafon Triathlon on 13 May 2012 is now open.

You can enter the Blaenafon Triathlon online via the EntryCentral.com website.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

  1. Withdrawal by the entrant before the event is full or more than 6 weeks before the date of the event, if not full by then – full refund, less credit card fee for online entries or for postal and/or cheque entries we reserve the right to deduct up to £5 administration fee from the refund.
  2. Withdrawal by the competitor after the event if full or up to 6 weeks before the race date – full refund less credit card fee and we reserve the right to deduct up to £5 administration fee from the refund BUT only when or if you are replaced on the start list by a reserve
  3. Withdrawal between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the event – full refund less credit card fee and up to £10 administration fee, and only when you are replaced on the start list
  4. Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks 50% refund only if I can replace you on the start list
  5. Less than 2 weeks before the event no refunds will be given even if we can replace you on the start list

Policy on transferring entries

If the event becomes over subscribed we operate a waiting list. We will only accept transfers of entry if we cant arrange for someone already on the waiting list to take the place. We ask the people on the waiting list in strict order of the date of their entry. We reserve the right to charge £5 administration fee for this.
